Our Governance
Welcome from the Chair of Trustees
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to another exciting year at Parkwood Hall.
I am delighted to be elected as Chair of Trustees. I am privileged to work alongside a dedicated team of Trustees and staff to ensure our school continues to provide the highest quality of education, therapeutic services and extra-curricular activities for our students. At Parkwood Hall, we believe that every child deserves the best and everyone at the school is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive.
The school is an academy trust which means the Trustees are ultimately responsible for the school. The Trustees play a key role in supporting the school’s leadership, holding them accountable to ensure that the needs of our students are at the heart of every decision. We work closely with the Principal, senior leadership and all staff to promote excellence while also safeguarding the wellbeing of everyone in the school.
We have exciting plans for the year and beyond. I encourage parents, carers and organisations in our community to be involved, as your support and engagement are vital. Together, we can help our children enjoy learning and make progress as they grow towards adulthood.
