We are currently seeking excellent teachers who are passionate about working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs to join our highly skilled team. The roles would suit energetic and committed practitioners who can engage children and young people with SEND and continually focus on, and drive, delivery of an adapted curriculum that meets the needs of our pupils in all aspects of their learning including social development, personal needs, communication, independence and life skills.
In return, the successful candidates will join the committed and highly experienced classroom-based teams who are dedicated in providing the best education. As the next step in our journey we are building an in-house team of therapeutic services experts. The role of Child and Adult Psychotherapist will be a major part of this team. You will work as part of our trans-disciplinary team (TDT) with children, young people and their families and carers to assess and provide interventions and support for a wide range of psychological problems. You will use psychoanalytic psychotherapy, using a variety of approaches, including talking, playing or drawing, to suit the individual.
